About Me.

My name is long, and I like to say that each part of it represents an aspect of my personality, defining who I am. Let’s start with the last one: Rosa. In English, its translation is pink, and this color has become one of my favorites because a great friend of mine once told me that pink symbolizes self-love. And I have a lot of self-love to stand up for my interests, which connects to my second name, Calçada. Calçada means sidewalk in English, and this surname gives me a sense of path and loyalty.

Guimarães doesn’t have a translation, but it comes from my immigrant grandfather. It takes a lot of courage to move to another country, and through him, I learned to take risks. Lastly, Alice, my first name, represents my uniqueness—like the fact that I often get lost in my own world.

I guess my name perfectly sums up who I am. Nice to meet you!

Your Style Guide: 5 Key Trends to Rock in 2025

At the end of every year, I like to declutter my wardrobe and remove pieces that no longer align with the personality I want to embrace in 2025. This way, I create space for the items and styles I want to incorporate into my look for the coming year.
With that in mind, I wanted to share 5 fashion trends that will dominate in 2025 to help guide your style and even filter out pieces that no longer make sense for you. After all, fashion is a way to express your story, personality, tastes, and, most importantly, your mood.
These trends were selected based on fashion shows that took place worldwide in 2024, offering a diverse range of options that can align with your personal style.

1. Sporty Separates
Since the pandemic, sporty fashion has been gaining traction, and it’s here to stay. One trend observed on runways was combining athletic pieces with flowy garments, adding a fun twist—think a gym top paired with a balloon skirt or even sporty jackets styled for dinners. This trend fascinates me because it blends comfort with style, pushing you out of your comfort zone and encouraging more creativity.

2. Stripes for Everybody
Stripes are a classic, but in 2025, they’ll be paired with more fluid cuts, offering a fresh perspective—less rigid and more adaptable. This allows for playful experimentation, such as mixing different types of stripes in your top and pants. Stripes are also moving beyond basic black and white to more colorful options. So, have fun with bold, vibrant stripes!

3. White is the New Black
This is my favorite trend. As a brunette, I’ve always felt that white looks far more elegant on me than an all-black outfit. For 2025, this is a trend I’m ready for! Monochromatic white outfits exude confidence and simplicity, proving that one color is enough. It’s the perfect time to play with textures and unique cuts, giving white a fresh, modern vibe. I also love adding colorful accessories like red belts, pink socks, or purple sunglasses for fun details that elevate the look.
